Our People

Mathew Medill, CPA, Partner, graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2008 and began his career at BGFN in Temple, TX. In 2011, Mathew obtained his CPA license and moved to SW Kansas to join the firm of Dirks, Anthony & Duncan, LLC. Starting November 2014, he became a partner in Dirks, Anthony & Duncan, LLC.

Kay Coulter, Staff Accountant, attended Oklahoma Baptist University and Ottawa University. She began work for Eldon Dirks in 1988 and has worked for Dirks, Anthony & Duncan, LLC since it was created in 1999.

Rachael Thooft, CPA, Audit Manager, graduated from Kansas State University in 2012 with a Masters in Accounting. She then moved to Ulysses, KS and has been working for Dirks, Anthony & Duncan, LLC since. During school she volunteered at a tax assistance service through the IRS and worked an internship at a regional accounting firm.

Our History

The original firm, Dirks, Anthony & Duncan, LLC CPA, began in 1999 with general accounting services for business and individuals. This developed into strategic planning for individual wealth maintenance, minimization of tax liabilities for individuals and corporations, along with auditing and consulting services. We believe in "old school" principles, while keeping up with the needs of individuals and businesses in this rapidly changing world.

Our Credentials

Our firm participates in the Peer Review program prescribed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kansas Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Our firm was last reviewed for the fical year ending October 31, 2019. The resulting report stated that all of our accounting practices and procedures complied with or exceeded the standards of the industry.
